How many cameras by private parties? - 10,000*

I don't know how many cameras are accessible by the OEMC that are owned by private parties.  The OEMC encourages private parties to integrated their cameras systems into the OEMC's public system.  Examples of this are Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) and the Hancock Building.  I found one citation that over 1,000 Chicago businesses (and individuals) have connected their cameras to the city's surveillance system.  If each business has an average of 10 cameras, this would add 10,000 more cameras viewable by the city.
